With KFC Malaysia, the goal was to create wearable pieces that honoured heritage while speaking to a younger, culture-conscious audience. To launch the collection, we transformed the PMC store into a full KFC brand experience—complete with custom packaging, themed visual merchandising, and immersive in-store details that truly brought the nostalgia to life.
The result was a collection that sparked conversation, strengthened brand relevance, and redefined how food and fashion could intersect in Southeast Asia.
